Making progress! i had originally planned to lose 65 lbs before january, but as you can see, it slowed down some. working towards a new goal of 60 off by january. that’s still a big goal as i’m at 55.2 this week. 😳🎄

from this wednesday the 12th-23rd we are running a free fun group and you are invited to join! tag 2-3 friends you want to join with you! every day we are giving out free prizes just for participating! 💃 what’s it about? each day you will get an exercise move. every day you complete the new move and add on the moves from the day before! at the end of the challenge, you will have a complete amazing workout!
we will also be sharing fitness and nutrition tips and some of our favorite healthy and healthy-ish recipes! we will also have a daily gratitude challenge!
