i’m not saying i don’t have bad days.. i do. the bad days don’t seem as unmanageable or chaotic because of the tools i have learned through my yoga practice.
while i love practicing the asanas that challenge me i also love to come back to the foundational poses that humble me.

Обожаю это упражнение 🙏🏻 сейчас это упражнение стало ооочень популярным , а я с ним знакома давным-давно - ещё со времён своих студенческих лет 🙌🏻 Помню как мы с сестрой жили в общежитии и каждый день делали гимнастику 👯‍♀️ и #планка всегда была умная заключительным упражнением - стояли по 1 или 2 минутке 💪🏻 слушали музыку , закрывали глаза и держались из последних сил - т.к. каждая хотела перестоять друг дружку 😅
Дух здорового соперничества доводит до самых великих побед 🙌🏻👏🏻💪🏻

let’s get healthy 💪
all protein are made of amino acids.growth ,developement and function depends upon the correct availability of amino acids.
when we take protein it must first be broken down into amino acids before it can be absorbed in the body .
what kind of protein is the best ??
powdered protein which comes in different forms whey ,isolate ,hydro ..etc ..etc..?
protein we eat by eating other animals ?
protein we take from plants ?
the logical and scientifically satisfying to this is protein from plant based diets ..especially in today’s world ,as animal flesh we eat is not of a quality which is natural ,that animal we eat is not grown on good quality vegetable kingdom but on s**t food and growth hormones .
why plant base protein and diet ?
it seems more natural than powdered and flesh .
at least the diet based on cereals,pulses ,legumes,dry fruits ,seeds ,a-2 dairy products looks
looks less harmful if not been treated by too much pesticides and not processed too much by machines .
and believe me you can easily fulfill your daily requirement by j eating just balanced diet ...comprising of cereals ,pulsed &legumes ,taw &fermented vegetables ,portion of fish,meat or poultry (from good source),a-2 milk products ..

its alot more technical than it looks.
its worth trying. you'll feel the benefit straight away. the strength, the straightening, the opening to receive.

feet firmly planted on all 4 points, airpocket under the arch.
knees softened but supportive.
quads engaged.
upper thighs in & back.
tailbone tucked to chin.
lengthen the sides.
roll bottom tips of shoulder blades to the back of your ❤
jalandhara, lift the skin of the throat towards the crown of the heaf.
and most important of all ...breathe

so…everyday, i write. i like to write like i am talking to a friend (actually kind of in the same format that i write these posts, but my notebook doesn’t have the same word limit that insta does so it’s a bit more in depth). some days i write to myself. i write quotes, draw pictures, make charts. i write my theories and my worries, my dreams and my heartbreaks. sometimes i write a lot about one thing, sometimes i write a lot about nothing. whatever there is to write, i write.

How do you stay motivated? i get asked this question a lot from my clients. honestly? results, progress and that feeling i strive for after my workout, that feeling of accomplishment and strength! if you aren’t seeing small changes you aren’t progressing and you will be discouraged. you have to be disciplined and have small goals you try to achieve. there are always areas for improvement. i keep trying to be better at my diet and it’s good for a little while but i never really full stick to challenges. this time i’m on day 4 of a 4 week plan of no bread, dairy, nothing processed and limited sugar and i already feel so much better! this doesn’t mean i’ll never eat bread or cheese again 🤤 🍕 🌮 but i’m trying to fight cravings and eventually i won’t be craving that kind of stuff anymore. wow long story short be more disciplined and don’t be discouraged if you don’t see results right away stay consistent! ❤️

as i completed my first 10 minutes of meditation tonight, i could feel what buddha talked about long ago. while my thoughts weren’t busy, i began to notice my body and eyes move. i heard the fan go around and a car drive by. the things around me, and myself, were constantly changing. i just started learning buddha’s teachings, but i already feel home ☁️
