Sasha loves when i do yoga because she can weave in and out of my feet.
one of the cool things about where i stream all of my workouts from is that there are tons of yoga options. there is a whole 3 week yoga program, there is a 3 day yoga program used to pair with our 3 day plant based cleanse, and quite a few other yoga options.
tonight i chose pm yoga and feeling settled and my body is saying thank you! this week has been one of rejuvenation for me and i can’t wait to get back to meal prep and my intense workouts this weekend/next week:)
