today focus on what you do well, the progress you have made in any area of life, the obstacles you have overcome. a habit many of us have is hyper-focusing on what we are not, where we need improvement, what’s not going right in our life. for whatever reason, it seems easier to go negative. let’s work on flipping that switch! and yes, it may take practice and feel weird actually complimenting yourself. but go for it because you will find that it actually is more motivating and encouraging than constantly pointing out the faults. we do want to be our best and continue doing what we can, don’t get me wrong about that, but let’s do it in a manner than reminds us that right now, we are still pretty darn awesome. we are just working on becoming more awesome!💖
Each inch is movement. each step, each leap is getting you closer to your dream, your vision, your goal. keep moving forward!! you may not be able to fully see the other side of the mountain now, but when you arrive to your destination you will know your mighty perseverance was worth it.
