what you might want to consider is asking for help. having someone that will call you out on your excuses. or help help you figure out what your why is. why isn’t it happening? why can’t you do it? find someone that will help you do the inner work and change your future. perhaps that’s a counselor or a yoga class or meeting a nutritionist. whoever or whatever it might be it’s going to benefit you if you put the work in. not one person can figure it all out alone. i might be a wellness coach and trainer but that doesn’t mean i can handle all my stuff on my on. i never stop learning and never stop seeking help. my list of people i rely on for help is huge. i see a naturopath, counselor, rmt, acupuncturist, mentors, esthetician’s and i have some pretty amazing friends who aren’t scared to remind me of my shit. find your people and take anything you can from them to help better yourself! it’s worth it!

How to loose body fat?!
the answer interval or hiit training 💥
i took a really interesting workshop this past weekend and it was f*t frenzy! overload of science and info but the main thing i took from it was that resistance or strength training will not get the f*t burning fire places burning. you need to use this style of training to see a change! i often add quick cardio blasts into every workout i do or teach. you can also get the same benefits on any cardio machine. try switching up your workout and see what happens🤷‍♀️ another perk doing interval or hiit training is you don’t need to workout for 2 hours 🙌 20-30 mins can be very beneficial when doing this type of training. i have people ask or wonder why i would have a 30 minute workout and there is science behind why. it’s all you need!

the answer interval or hiit training 💥
i took a really interesting workshop this past weekend and it was f*t frenzy! overload of science and info but the main thing i took from it was that resistance or strength training will not get the f*t burning fire places burning. you need to use this style of training to see a change! i often add quick cardio blasts into every workout i do or teach. you can also get the same benefits on any cardio machine. try switching up your workout and see what happens🤷‍♀️ another perk doing interval or hiit training is you don’t need to workout for 2 hours 🙌 20-30 mins can be very beneficial when doing this type of training. i have people ask or wonder why i would have a 30 minute workout and there is science behind why. it’s all you need!

i have done my best to remove sugar from my diet but last night took me into a sugar frenzy too! now that i don’t have it i can really see how it effects my body. i hate the way i feel after. gas, bloating, inflammation, old knee injury fires right back up🔥and i feel so tired! the fix for this is always a good workout:) i did a pilates class this past weekend using the foam roller and wanted to share some of the moves with all of you! hope you all had a happy halloween ✨
