Were milling! and chef @sawsaw_13 is very happy about it!!! taking it a step further.... we have always used the best organic masa we could find, made from white olotillo corn. very soon, we will be milling that corn here in our own home and making all tallula’s tortillas from freshly milled corn masa.
Diana started two weeks after our opening. she came in looking for an foh job, but @sawsaw_13 accidentally started interviewing her for a position in our kitchen. lucky for us, she took the job and has been doing all of our pastry production and crushing it on the line ever since! if you enjoy our churros, rice pudding, or flan, you have @dee_gee_tee_cee to thank for them!
