Well squat day turned into rolling thunder day, easily the most frustrating thing i’ve ever done lifting related 😑

Very proud of the bird (@birdlifts ) for her performance at the ladies of iron meet today, went 8/9 and pr’d all her lifts with a 262 dead, 126 bench and a 241 squat. can’t wait for the next one for you birdy 👏🏻

Deadlifts moving great, tempo squats still suck, feeling almost completely back to normal after the neck sprain and misaligned ribs, being back on track is nice 👌🏻 .
