Strongest i’ve felt on squats in awhile (minus almost dying reracking 445 on my last setπŸ˜‚) who knew getting better sleep, nutrition, and working on technique would be so beneficial πŸ™„ 475 2 x 3 and 445 2 x 5 working sets of squats and 445 + 100lbs resistance on banded deadlifts. first day squatting heavy-heavy in the @a7intl knee sleeves, absolutely perfect support πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ‘ŒπŸ» .

Another day of working towards being ben pollack 2.0, ssb squats of 345 3 x 5, close stance sumo deadlifts of 5 x 1 at 505 and block pulls 3 x 5 with 505. also first day squatting in the @a7intl cone knee sleeves, absolutely love them πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ‘ŒπŸ» can’t wait to use them on my heavy squat day next weekπŸ™

More volume squats = me deader inside. 460 2 x 5 and 430 2 x 7 for squats (kinda think these are both prs volume wise, idk), followed by deads at 425 + 100lbs in resistance, solid and fun, but strenuous day .

Bench is feeling and moving solid right now, 275 1 x 1 pause +4 tng, 255 1 x 1 pause +6tng. won’t be competing until july at the central regionals, and with the usapl upping the qualifying total for raw nationals, i have some work to do🀘🏻 .

2 weeks in and despite volume squats, i’m really enjoying training at the moment. 485 5 x 1 (plus one sumo pull at the same weight) 485 3 x 5 5in block pulls and 320 on the ssb for squat work. .
